21 August 2026. This notice covers the waitlist form only. If we change what we do with details already submitted, we will email the people affected before the change takes effect.
What this covers
Only the waitlist form at /waitlist. Nothing else on this site asks you for information, and there is no product account behind it yet.
What we collect
Business contact details, and only what the form asks for:
- your full name;
- your work email address;
- your organization and your role in it;
- the size of your organization;
- the emirate or country you are writing from;
- anything you choose to type in the optional operational question, which is free text;
- whether you ticked the box asking us to contact you, and the date and time you submitted the form.
This form does not ask for health information, and it must not be used to send any. Do not enter anything about your own health or the health of your staff, colleagues, or members. If you send health information anyway, we will delete it rather than keep it.
The form also contains one hidden field that people never see. It exists to catch automated submissions. If it is filled in, nothing is stored.
Why we collect it
To contact you about a Baynora Care pilot: to reply to what you asked, to arrange a walkthrough, and to send occasional updates about the pilot programme. We do not use it for anything else, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside Baynora Care.
Lawful basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. The box starts unticked and the form will not submit without it. You can withdraw consent at any time — see How to be removed below — and withdrawing it does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Where it is stored
In the United Arab Emirates. Submissions are written to Microsoft Azure Table Storage in the UAE North region, and this website runs in the same region. We chose that deliberately: waitlist details do not leave the country in the ordinary course of running this form.
No third-party form, email-marketing, or CRM service is connected to this form, and none will be without an assessment of where that service would process the data first. This site loads nothing from another company — no analytics, no trackers, no external fonts.
How long we keep it
Until twelve months after Baynora Care launches publicly, or until you ask us to remove your details — whichever comes first. If you ask, we delete rather than archive.
How to be removed
Email hello@baynoracare.com from the address you signed up with, or tell us which address to look for, and we will delete your entry. You can use the same address to ask what we hold about you or to correct it.
Who is responsible
Baynora Care (company in formation, Abu Dhabi) is the controller of this data. Incorporation is in progress; once the entity is registered we will name it and its registered address here. For anything about this notice or the details you submitted, write to hello@baynoracare.com.
Changes
We will update this notice when the controlling entity is registered, and whenever what we do with waitlist details changes. If a change affects details already submitted, we will email the people affected before it takes effect.
